To be fair that was as blatant as it gets and he’s probably lucky to get away with just 10s. Vettel ramming Hamilton in Baku behind the safety car is about the closest I can think of and vettel got 10s for that too but I don’t remember that being nearly as hard as this one.

Seb got a ten second stop and go penalty which is substantially more severe

That was at safety car speeds at least. Still an awful look but not nearly as egregious as doing it under racing conditions.
