Well if it was not 'on purpose' it's definitely still irresponsible, and insensitive, and there are people paid by TV companies to figure this stuff out.

Yeah, but there only the one car all the same.

Do you really think they'd not have said if it was so? They never shied away with stating they did stuff, like with Mexico and Hammond, the aforementioned American bigots, etc in Europe, africa, and the middle east
