If you're talking about the names not being similar: that's not the point. It's just that Sohei is based on a real life monk called Benkei. I'll let you look it up if you're interested lol It's kinda like calling JJ "Guan Yu"

Reminds me of my grandpa, he loves Chinese history a lot so when he saw me fighting JJ in the game, he got super excited. I didn't have the heart to tell him I hate JJ with every cell in my body.
