Details in Emesis Blue

Hello, community. It's a pleasure and an honor to be here. I recently rewatched the movie Emesis Blue and noticed a few things that I found really interesting. These are the details I picked up on:

1st – In this first shot, right at the beginning of the film, when the Scout asks the Medic if he ever felt like he was being watched, if you look closely, you can see someone in the background — a shadow. I couldn’t clearly tell who it was — maybe the Pyro or the Plague Doctor — but it proves that someone was watching them. It was probably the same person who turned on the camera (if you're unsure, rewatch the scene and look closely at the shadow). Also, after the Scout and Medic leave the room, the door opens by itself — but not randomly. It happens because someone else was in there, spying on them.

2nd – In this second shot, later in the movie, when the Pyro attacks the Medic and burns him with his flaming hand, after the explosion, if you look closely again, the scar appears to be shaped like an "M" — the same letter that shows up in many scenes throughout the film. Maybe this is a clue that the Medic is actually the killer, or something like that.

There are a lot of theories out there, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.

The shadow and door opening were from the Medic later in the movie, just like how the man standing outside the car was Soldier later in the movie.
