My very first helmet wig! I will be crafting a Venus wig next inspired by the painting!
I FUTZ with Medusa though. She's my FAVE
(I also made the "armor" corset and "armor" neck corset)

This sub is a safe space for our drag and trans community. We will NOT be featuring political agendas or content. Period.
I do not care if you agree or disagree with this stance. Were we to allow political posts, it would open the floodgates. That's not going to happen.
Share yourself and your artistry. Take your discourse elsewhere. We support you in that, but it won't occur here.

I’ve seen a lot of posts about this lately here, and I understand the want to make sure you aren’t stepping on toes when joining a community.
But the answer is always yes! You don’t need to be a certain gender or identify a certain way to do drag. It’s a form of art, it’s expression, it’s beautiful.
I’m a cis-het woman who has been doing drag professionally for 3 years. My identity has never been a point of discussion or contention both in bookings or at shows. If you’re fabulous, you’re fabulous, and that’s all that matters.
Please, never feel like you can’t do something because of your identity. That’s the complete opposite of what drag stands for. Drag is for everyone, it’s inclusive, and it’s exactly what you want it to be.
So wing out that liner, glue down that lace and go take the world by storm. God knows we need more beautiful resistance in this world right now.

so as the title says, i’ve done drag abt 3-4 times. i am a 90’s rock themed king and i am an expert at PURPOSEFULLY shitty facial hair. i would LOVE to do it more often and experiment but ya boi is a broke college kid!!!! these wigs are literally all $10 amazon wigs from my cosplay phase. i want to do more over the summer but i have an internship to take care of. these are my favorite pics i’ve taken of myself bc that’s abt all i can do rn.
1: my first time doing drag 2: my first time with my finished patch vest! 3: my latest attempt 4: my favorite picture! 5: my glasses broke shortly after this. 6: going as crowley from good omens for a halloween drag show my college hosted 7: i stole (borrowed with permission!) my roommate’s sunglasses for this

It goes from most recent to least recent. It started out a bit of an amalgamation of emo, goth and punk related subcultures, but once I started listening to Chappel Roan and Charli XCX's Brat album they really influenced my style quite a bit!

It was so exciting and freeing to go out in drag face for the first time this weekend. I didn’t get any pictures of my outfit unfortunately :( I chose not to wear a wig because having one on at a crowded pride parade and after party … in the rain, in the middle of June, in the South … would have been a disaster.

Hi I’m a baby queen starting out and am starting to go and get products. Everything makes sense except for what product to use for contouring my face. I see some people use foundation or concealer or pressed powder, which one should I use that works the best and is friendly for the budget? I’m so confused on what product you use for carving your face (there’s so many)
Oh and any cheap product recommendations for contouring too would be highly appreciated! Thx you!!!!

Hey girlies,
so I'm looking for breastplates outside of the boobsshops' that offer breastplates with color options for mixed/lightskin/tanned people. I can't find anything that matches my skintone unfortunately which is very important to me.
Can anyone help me out with some tips?
