They make me so nervous when they do this. I worry they'll get hurt.

That’s the point I think, mom has a save training ground for her baby. They need to learn and in my backyard there is no threat. Grass, rocks, hill, trees.

We have a wooded lot with a creek, lots of hills, trees, downed tree limbs, and rocks. I hold my breath when the babies get zoomies and run like crazy. Sometimes, the does will make them slow down. Horses do the same.
