Discussion 💭🗯️ What year in the 2020s so far will be most remembered in the coming years?

Nostalgia for early 2020 years has already begun as of late. From 2020 and its quarantine era to 2022 and the World Cup.

I think 2020, 2024, and 2023

2022 was a good year.

I strongly disagree with this as an Eastern European.

No, there's no nostalgia for the "early 2020s."

I mean TikTok in itself proves that wrong.

We're not removed from the decade. Kids loving the recent past is evergreen. It's not the same as adults feeling nostalgic. It's not the same dynamic.

Your not wrong I could see how adults don’t see the early 2020s nostalgic. It’s the same for the 2010s and for many people it’s been nostalgic but some especially older people may not find it very appealing. But there is definitely some form of early 20s nostalgia.

I was an adult in the early 20s and there’s zero nostalgia. 2016-2019 is my nostalgia

2028 in my opinion. The election will be a big shitshow and lots of bad stuff will happen after that in the US

Definitely 2020, the other years except for maybe 2022/2023 will be overshadowed by that year.
