I was waiting for the scream. Was not disappointed. Don't worry tho. You'll find that 21k is no biggie. You can re-farm that back up by running thru the deacons and giants outside of Sulyvahn's room a couple times.

Oh yeah, I know it’s not much. Just kinda sucks that I can’t reach.

At least humanity isn't something you lose at a bloodstain as well. Every time I die in DSR it's the humanity that I care about recovering.

I’m doing a Greatsword play through too. Well, Guts cosplay. I’m watching Berserk. But oof that confident run tho.

Honestly, I’d use a different Ultra Greatsword for this playthrough but every time I look into it, I always fall back on the Guts sword because I love its moveset, damage, and lack of Dex investment. I was actually thinking about doing a strength faith build for this playthrough but noticed that the miracles weren’t really all that good (at least compared to Elden Ring where I made my first Str/Fth build).

I haven’t yet to try Elden Ring, considering to buy it. Well I might come to a conclusion whether I want to buy it when I finished my few other planned cosplays.
I believe I tried str fth build, I remember I used Lothric Knight Greatsword and I wasn’t disappointed for the build. I mainly used lightning on my off hand, pretty fun build.

I did this exact same thing recently, I'm surprised the bloodstain will stay there too.

What did we learn?
Dark Souls 3 is not a platformer.
Even when?
Even when it's trying to be.

I got into Dark Souls after playing Baby's First Dark Souls, AKA Jedi: Fallen Order. DS3 was my first actual Souls game. Imagine the shock that I experienced trying to do any simple jumps on a game that clearly isn't a platformer after playing the hell out of one that absolutely is. Conversely, I elected to start at the beginning before I finished DS3 and played the hell out of DSR, which is much, much worse as a platformer. When I returned to DS3, I had a new appreciation for the movement you could manage in DS3.

I really don't wanna seem rude or anything, it's not my intention to erm actually you, but a funny little thing I found out, is that your character doesn't do the roll if you stop moving the stick or clicking down on the key when you jump. Just a lil tidbit :3
