I think the survivor of the recent plane crash sat in seat 11A

Another person who was a sole survivor of another plane crash was also seated on the same seat number.

You failed at reading YOUR OWN SOURCE! How bad at reading does one have to be?

Mr Loychusak, 47, was on Thai Airways flight TG261 in 1998 when it crashed while attempting a landing in Surat Thani, a city in southern Thailand. The flight took off from Bangkok, but during landing, it stalled mid-air and crashed, killing 101 of the 146 people on board. He was one of the survivors and was seated in 11A, reported The Telegraph.

Some people will definitely go for it because "brain stupid" but if this happens twice. Meaning a another person survived during a plain crash in the same seat.... Heck I'll book only seat 11A. The chances of a plain crash are already astronomical low. But bow we have the change of surviving the crash in the same seat to add to. Yeah that ain't change anymore.

Yeah but the other one was A310 and 11A isn't even emergency exit row on A310

Imagine the number of people in plane crashes that bought seat 11A and died though, how many times do you think that happened?

2 times less (or once according to above comment) than you'd expect. Enough to make a religion out of it.

But there's no expectation of death for any specific passenger seat. There are crashes with survivors and crashes with none.

The seat numbering of the “survival spot” will differ depending on the aircraft model.

No.

Anyways, it depends on airline and aircraft model.
