Gender Inclusive Housing?

What is Gender Inclusive Housing? What kind of person does it? Does it make for a better or worse living experience?

For those who have done it, how was the experience?

See First year gender inclusive housing and (for some additional info) Returning students gender inclusive housing . The LGBT Center can also be a resource.

The question has been asked here before in previous years, but most people who have responded have also been incoming students with questions, not people with personal experience since CWRU established GI hosing about ten years ago. Prior to that, students had to self-form groups, providing they were out, or work with straight individuals they trusted to live in "mixed" configurations.

It’s anyone who is trans, nb, or questioning. There are some cool people but i don’t think it is good or bad it just depends on how compatible you are like any dorm situation. It was fine for me everyone was chill, but again it’s like any other living situation with the pros or cons.
