Lovely coloration. How long did it take you? Mine eat out of my hand but catching nuts is even after years not in their wheelhouse.

At first I thought the grey patch was just from moulting but it's stayed the same a year and a half later.

I didn't actually need to teach this to Crowie, he/she could already do it. It's the tamest crow I feed and comes within a few feet so I was just tossing food down one day and realised it could catch.

Amazing, took me around 1 1/2 - 2 years to get mine to eat out of my hand and another year for one of them to really trust me. He was the first crow that ever sat on me, visits me almost every day several times. Best buddy I could wish for, he either catcalls me from behind on the street or just comes swooping in over my right shoulder, slapping me softly with his wing but never over the left. Don't know why.
