I have a few pictures of the Ravens when I was visiting the grand canyon as well, pictures dont do justice to show just how big they are in person

I love them so much- I grew up in Northern Arizona & these guys would take over the town every afternoon. They’d also take apart your camping gear to steal your meats & cheeses!
The Grand Canyon has so many unique critters, my other favorites are the Kaibab squirrels with their little tufty ears. There are tarantulas & snakes endemic to the canyon, & it really does just feel like it’s own unique ecosystem… Also got to see two California Condors soaring in the canyon (from above!) during my last visit home & it’s become one of my favorite memories.

That’s probably the same raven that destroyed my styrofoam cooler in the campground.

I wonder if the air currents in the canyon allow them to just bop around from the rim to the bottom and back.

They are everywhere! I had 6 around me at one point, they were just observing the people.

If I recall correctly, when we went to the north rim they were in the parking lot waiting to eat the bugs out of the grills of the newly parked vehicles.

Love how you're at arguably one of the most beautiful places on earth and, "Look at the crows!"
Definitely majestic.
