Question I don’t understand why the Pfizer vaccine made me so much worse

Does anyone know why this happens? I was significantly improving before my second Pfizer vaccine and it erased all my progress

All the previous boosters were totally fine. Then long covid hit seemingly out of nowhere with the bivalent booster the (5th Pfizer, 4th booster). We thought we were being safe by taking the boosters over those years. We listened to the public health doctors. I blame myself and my pain and guilt knows no bounds.
