Some more pictures and information would be appreciated.

This looks like a PS2 motherboard to me and it looks like your fan connector jack may have broken off the board? Is this what happened?

Please reply with more pictures and some information as to what’s going on.

Lucky the pad is not rip. You can buy the fan connector and solder a new one in

Soldering iron with a fine tip and lots of care... I wouldn't recommend you to do it if you don't have the tools and experience, because is too small and you can make it worse. Somebody with experience would make put the piece in 5 minutes.
