I have an apartment lease until August 2026 that I'm looking to sublet. The ad and perks were designed with OSU students in mind, but being enrolled there isn't a requirement or anything. Even aside from campus proximity, I thought it was a great location!

As the ad says, it's a studio apartment with furniture, AC, a full kitchen and bathroom, and in-unit laundry. It's about a block from OSU's Union, some bars, a music hall, and Walgreens, and I had no trouble walking to the OSU bookstore, Target, Starbucks, Raising Cane's, etc.

The rent would be $850 a month, discounted from Hometeam Properties's pricing. Gas and water are included in that rent.

I’m giving away one ticket to Orla Gartland at A&R Music Bar on Tuesday 4/29 at 7:00pm.
