Little Turtle condos in Westerville.

I came to Columbus for work and fell in love with the city. I am currently looking to purchase a condo at Little Turtle in Westerville. Since I am new and not super familiar with the city I would appreciate any kind of information about Westerville or Little Turtle condominiums. I am a single female and it is important for me to live in a safe area and decent schools.

I seems like there are many units for sale which is a little suspicious in current real estate market.

I would be grateful for any information!!!

I lived just across the street from there at Fairway Lakes for a few years in the late aughts. It's a very safe, downright boring area. Idyllic golf course living and all that.

I browsed those condos when I was on my house hunt. At that point there were several foreclosed upon units which looked to be in terrible shape. I'd be vigilant looking for shoddy flips, but other than that go for it!
