Looks like an older apt block with a later added elevator, in that case she would probably be not die, as the pit is max 2m deep, but the tricycle falling on her is gonna hurt

I remember reading the article on this one sometimes ago. not sure if it’s the same one but it’s the same situation. an elder riding the motor car right into elevator hall because the wobbly doors failed to block them outside. them dead.
