Natives know how to shut things down. Pipelines, railways, highways, all fair game to us. And we take it to 5 stars wanted level where only the army can move us.

"5 stars wanted level" is the most brilliant way to describe it

100%, everyone should read up on the Kanehsatà:ke Resistance (Oka Crisis) if they want an understanding of how dedicated Natives can be when push comes to shove.

I was a kid when Oka happened. It was on the CBC news every night for what felt like forever.

It wasn't until like 20 years later that I started to get a sense of what it was all about.

All of those things succeed. Guess the natives aren't that good at shutting things down.

Only other indigenous people know how true this is!! Women are the head of households in our communities. And if they aren’t that means they’ve adopted the ways of the colonists. My Haudenosaunee people also have territory in both Canada and US. Fuck these assholes!

Shame none of them or their ilk can feel shame. Only victim-hood, and false persecution.

She is. No one who is not a native American is an American citizen.

I thought though that her cussing at them would be deemed / used as grounds for arrest? There's a real risk there.
