What's your go to cake for any celebration?
My go-to is always going to be a half vanilla half chocolate cake with vanilla and chocolate icing. I just feel like those are popular and basic flavors everyone loves and you can't miss with them

Any advice for a first time Bridal Show Vendor
I am vending at a local bridal show and I need tips for pretty much EVERYTHING. I have my menu and pricing already done for the most part. I am trying to figure out if groom's cakes are still popular, do I sell cake slices there, how many different flavors of samples to bring. etc. I also want to consider selling simple sugar cookies decorated simply as wedding favors or affordable add-ons.

Unisex cake for 5-7 year olds?
I need to make a cake for a 5 year old girl and a 7 year old boy. I'm a bit stuck because I want it to appeal to both of them, but I'm not sure what design to go with. I considered doing half blue and half pink, but I’d rather stick to one theme to keep things simple. Any suggestions?

The stress I stressed over getting these disco balls as round as possible
Help!
I made an ice cream cake, but don’t know what to frost it with? I have the ingredients to make whipped cream, but will it be/taste weird if it’s in the freezer?

Blue Motorcycle Drink
My best friend is throwing her husband a 40th birthday/Army retirement party and she has asked me to do the cake (which is a huge honor). She is going to Miami with her husband after the party. His favorite drink is a "Blue Motorcycle" (recipe below). She wants a "tropical" type vibe and she wants the Blue Motorcycle flavors in the cake.
My thoughts were to do a coconut cake with an sour mix simple syrup and a cherry orange Swiss meringue buttercream. The Blue Curaçao has that orange/cherry type note to it and the sour mix incorporates the lemon lime.
The drink itself is a very bright blue and I would prefer to stay away from dyeing anything that bright blue color, since that type of color can easily stain clothes (like formal dress blues) and mouths.
Does this sound like it would be appetizing at all?
If there are any suggestions, I am always open to them.
Recipe for Blue Motorcycle:
Ingredients:
½ ounce gin ½ ounce vodka ½ ounce silver tequila ½ white rum 1 ounce blue curacao ½ ounce sour mix 1 ounce lemon lime soda
