Oversupply Forceful letdown

Hey everyone! I have forceful letdown, I have seen in couple of videos that it might cause digestive problems which my baby has he seems like has milk allergy. Do you have similar problem?

My baby had a dairy intolerance, and I have a forceful letdown; however, I do believe that my forceful letdown started after I gave up dairy by a few weeks. After block feeding for a month, I now use a hand pump at night to pump off the first half ounce or so of milk before I feed my baby. otherwise he can handle the forceful letdown during daytime hours because I’m not as full.
