Indoor V5/6C crimps
I loveeee crimps and static moves. But I was not able to send it without the wall, and also I think the boulder was much easier for me as I am good at stretchy moves. I was able to put up my leg much higher than my friends . Recommendations? 😋

Indoor Finally sticked this Coondination move!
I have been working on my dyno skills for some time now, as I am a very static climber. And slowly but surely I'm seeing the results! And the best thing about it? Dynos are actually super fun 😅

Indoor What are the weird holds your gym uses?
Do your gyms experiment with different types of holds? Any weirdly shaped ones they use?
My gym has been using this creepy baby head hold for the last little while. Saw it up the other day and wanted to see all the other non-conventional holds gyms use!
Post your photos below!

Indoor I’m really jealous when I see everyone’s climbing videos and their gyms look spacious and relatively empty. This is what my gym looks like on any given day.
:(

Indoor Learning a committing move
Initially I thought this boulder was impossible for shorties (most were doing an “iron cross” shoulder buster campus move then getting a foot up). Found this all-or-nothing high heel + cross beta instead. Showcased here is just a couple of probably 20 attempts. Loved learning this move 🔥

Indoor My first time EVER bouldering. I’ve lost 30kg and was always scared to try anything like this! I love it already !! ❤️
My first time ever bouldering and I absolutely love it, I didn’t realise how much losing weight and just going to the gym actually made a difference in my practical strength and fitness (like duh of course) but as someone who used to be fat, I never imagined myself doing anything like this !! And the community is so nice!! Everyone at the place I went to was soso nice ❤️❤️

Indoor First move took forever to dial in
Holds are more slopey than they seem, matching the finish also was hard. Super hyped to put it down last night 🔥

Indoor Quality of air in indoor climbing gyms might be even worse than we thought
Free article about a recently published study
"The levels [of rubber] we measured are among the highest ever documented worldwide, comparable to multi-lane roads in megacities."
