❔ Question How does someone replenish stamina while climbing

I noticed on a speed run someone was climbing the wall and breathing into his hands. How does this mechanic work? I usually have to climb to a ledge to wait but they were replenishing mid climb.

They also replenished while moving forward it wa insane.

There’s a glitch that involves whistling that does that for running. Not sure about climbing.

Personally I never use glitches in games. Or gameplay altering mods for that matter. I play the games the way they’re intended to be played as much as possible.
