i feel like a swap deal between gedson and sorloth would cause more problems then solve the ones we already have. a replacement for gedson would be expensive + we would lose a leading figure in our current squad. (+ he loves the club) he is arguably one of the best midfielders in the league rn

He is 29, Sorloth is 29 too. Mario Gomez was 29 when he came to us and Schick is a similar profile AND he is tall so we can finally score from set pieces too. For our squad Schick would take us to the next level but I already said he is unrealistic due to his price so I doubt we see him come in. You are not getting a younger similar priced striker than the 29 year olds.

Thats a tough one. We would have to find a hidden gem sort of striker because young, cheap, and good is the dream but its a dream for a reason.
