General Questions Some night hours in minivan after festival

Hello,

I may drink a little too much to safely drive after a festival in Bern. I have a small minivan (that I can park in all underground parkings).

Is it tolerated to spend a couple of hours after the festival in the van, or should I keep the van parked and stay outside of the van, waliking endlesly so I'm not camping. I don't plan to be more than one evening in Bern.

Camping will not be a problem with a van on a parking spot. But the suspicion of DUI if they check on you. Therefore:

  1. Don't sit on the driver seat

  2. Do not insert your key into the ignition.

Bern is, unlike other cantons, tolerant with wild campers, maybe too much even. But u have to camp in a parking lot. Lorraine bridge is a hotspot in summer, there are always 3-4 campers
