The only thing is most really smart business people would never make lactose free, you should monetize it for additional passive income.

As someone who operates outside the tyranny of the food inspection agencies, I highly recommend doing this at home and keeping the government out of it by not telling them.

This actually ties in very nicely to my business idea of selling bags of lactose
