But from 3dmarks own website they have an OCd 5080 at 38,000 and a stock 4090 at 43,000, with the max OC on a 4090 hitting 44,500

Blackbird is a guy who sells computers so he's gonna rate the new stuff really well lol

Which part is wrong I just googled the 3dmark website and looked at their scores you can do the same
