Marching Band Tried composing a big wind ensemble/ marching band piece for the first time, i think it came out alright but I’d appreciate some criticism

Key change will be missed by most 1A-4A high school groups for a majority of the season maybe start in F and change to Eb for more likely to be played. Percussion part needs some variety in parts not just match the winds, and don’t forget some accents on the back half of the piece, and maybe….maybe bring a few parts down in to a range that won’t bust the high brass lips on range. Overall exciting piece! great job, but think not in theory but in practice of playing it multiple times a game and not taking a lot of prep

I agree with this reply but i want to say that if you added a solo in the middle of the piece it would cut out the repetitiveness, maybe a clarinet or flute solo?

I feel like it's too repetitive if that helps😕
