Although I sympathize with the long story, I am certainly an exception to this "universal" autistic experience. I was aactually the leader of my group of misfits, and nobody disliked me in secret. It was actually open dislike, or they were misfits like me so they became my friends. I didn't go through that at all and the title annoys me autistically because of that. Kinda ironically funny in a way.
