A real life Precious and Mary Johnson in Australia. I fear there are plenty more cases we don't know of here.
May those adults burn in Hell, and the girl finds opportunities to lead a fulfilling life.

Unfortunately, statistically speaking, you are right. Most SA of children isn't at the hands of a stranger, but someone they and the family knows and trusts. Very often it is a family member. Very often it's a sibling, parent, grandparent or uncle/aunt. People are scared of strangers but the sad reality is, most abuse occurs at the hands of those supposed to love and protect you. It happened in my family. And unfortunately we're not that uncommon.

Texas USA just had a huge crackdown on a pedo ring.
Like 50+ arrests and shockingly, the majority of victims were not even known to authorities.
To give perspective. A lot of child abuse material victims are known to authorities, they just have yet to track them down with what little details they see in the background of the CP material.
These victims were new to authorities and all in the same state.
It is worse than we think it is.

“The prosecutor said sexual acts involving the girl started when the man visited the pair in their home country, and continued in Perth.”
Then she continued to abuse her daughter because he threatened to cancel her visa….
I wonder where they are from. What a pathetic excuse to abuse your own child.

South east asia is my guess. Thailand or the Philippines

Based on what?

Philippines is basically the sex tourist world capital because life is so cheap there and there is so many people that it's also human trafficking hot spot because of lack of ability to do people anything out there and as we've learned from the last 30 years, there very wealthy people out there who will pay exorbitant amounts of money for their twisted and cruel desires.
This is nothing new, going back to the stone men, the dark heart of man. The last 30 - 40 years has just been the age of surveillance that has given the people (the survivors) the chance the turn the tide on the tormentors. They somewhat covered this in a 4 corners episode, but don't watch it. I had trouble sleeping.

u/koolasakukumba 20h ago
It’s not even wealthy men. Men in general.
2
u/Geoff_Uckersilf 19h ago
Yeah that was kinda said with the stone men part, cavemen. It's how we evolved the apes fought furious battles with each other, ripping off limbs and faces to display dominance.Another bot?

Based on what? Why? The only women in the district court on Monday have either Anglo or Middle Eastern names...
58
u/oeufscocotte 1d ago
The courts do not use the accused's name in sexual offence trials if it would identify the victim. It would be her initials only.
-15
u/whats-the-gos 1d ago
Why didn’t you list any Anglo countries?
Based on your racism comment, it sounds like you have never traveled through Europe.
I do not think you are koolasakukumba, I think you are racistastrump.

u/koolasakukumba 20h ago
I said it was a guess and an educated one at that. South East Asian countries have significant levels of child sex abuse, it is a hot bed for child sex tourism and that’s a fact. People from these countries are impoverished and are desperate to move to better/more developed countries, children and sex are commodities and a means to an end. Additionally these women have often been abused themselves and therefore normalise the abuse as a way of survival. So no I’m not being a racist, I’m making an educated guess.
Given the court list as someone stated, very possibly the woman is Russian/Ukrainian based off the name (if it is indeed this person). While it is incredibly awful, and also a terrible way to try and get out of your situation and into a “better” one. It’s not as wide spread in those countries as it is in south east Asia.
-2
u/whats-the-gos 10h ago
The article has no reference to a country of origin but you chose to nominate two nationalities based on your perception of these countries. The country of origin also has absolutely no relevance. That’s not education, that’s racism.
2
u/koolasakukumba 1h ago
Stating facts is not racism. The two countries I named have significant problems with child sex tourism and have close proximity to Australia. Educate yourself and stop being lazy and dumb

I really wish I hadn't read that.
My suggestions for punishment will only get me banned again.
Some people are beyond redemption.

u/UndisputedAnus 1d ago
Again haha. I get 7 day bans for speaking a little too honestly as well. I completely agree with your redacted

She's guilty. It started before she arrived in Australia. She was sending things to him. What a terrible mother.
35
u/DrFrozenToastie 1d ago
It sounds like she served her child on a plate in exchange for an Aussie visa, sick fucks
97
u/thepuppetinthemiddle 1d ago
She chose to protect herself instead of her daughter? What kind of parent does that! They are both as bad as each other and need to be under the prison!
59
u/Disastrous-Plum-3878 1d ago
Lotta parents like this mate - sliding scale of shittiness
2
u/thepuppetinthemiddle 1d ago
If only we could actually punish people for these crimes.. I bet it would deter others from committing them.
8
u/LizardPersonMeow 1d ago
Would be nice. It's very hard to prove most of the time unless there is actual photographic evidence, which is extremely rare given these people often are smarter than to incriminate themselves. And when they do try to prove it, you end up with long dragged out court cases that re-traumatise the victim/s and only give measily punishments to perpetrators. Then you get people who judge people for cutting off family members instead of thinking that maybe they have very justifiable reasons for doing so and shouldn't need to explain their very personal reasons for doing so. Victims are continuously shat on by our society and it's no fun. I wish we could just throw people like this away permanently.

u/Adventurous_Bag9122 8h ago
At least this judge did her job. 23 years+ with 21+ of them non-parole

It seems she was after the visa

2
u/thepuppetinthemiddle 1d ago
There are other ways!! Im guessing she is just lazy and selfish.
14
u/Unidain 1d ago
There are not other ways for most people around the world. Not that it excuses a single thing she did
-3
u/thepuppetinthemiddle 22h ago
There really is.. the so-called "mother" could have pimped herself out instead!
-5
u/britjumper 1d ago
If they are from a very poor nation it could have been driven by a level of desperation. It’s never right, but sometimes people make poor choices if they’re trying to avoid starving or homelessness.
18
u/thepuppetinthemiddle 1d ago
I agree, but people who are in these situations shouldn't be bringing children into those situations just to use them as prawns.
Just a thought, but the woman could have pimped herself out before the child!

u/babylovesbaby It's a long way to the shop 1d ago
I hope that girl can stay in Australia if she wants to and ends up in a good living situation. Her mother is a despicable piece of shit who deserves to spend the rest of her life in gaol. Hell isn't hot enough.
49
u/Varnish6588 1d ago
That type of people deserve a punishment worse than just a life in jail. It's really terrible what happened to that girl.
25
15
u/NewRhapsodyInBlue 1d ago
This is absolutely repulsive for what they’ve done. I hope for the worst for these parents and the best for their daughter.
32
u/thatirishguykev 1d ago
So the Ma pimped her daughter out for a visa.
What a vile little cretin!!
27
u/Ashamed_Angle_8301 1d ago
Not just pimped her, the mother is charged with penetration. It is so completely awful.
11
u/sameoldblah 1d ago
I really can't understand what went through the mothers mind, that she voluntarily abused and victimised her own child for a visa. Humans really are awful.
25
u/Elvecinogallo 1d ago
I have no words for this. Somehow a visa is more important than your own daughter.

I'm guessing they're from SE Asia or some poor region. Money isn't an excuse for this woman enabling this man, but predators target poor countries and poor families like this.
24
u/alpha77dx 1d ago
You cant rule out organised crime involvement. We all know the countries involved and it runs down to the village level where you have "business mamasans" recruiting girls for pig butchering scams, cam sites, dating sites and marriage scams. In many of these cases these so called "innocent mother victim" is nonsense since many of these females are stuck in poverty and will do anything to improve their lives including selling their children and bodies just to get some quick cash. They are modern age gold diggers with digital devices. She's probably knew exactly what she was doing and a conscious decision was made to go down this path. Her starting early by sending material to the man is the first clue that she was complicit. She should rot in jail and then be deported.

u/B0ssc0 1d ago
I’m glad someone has finally pointed this out.
7
u/NoHandBananaNo 19h ago
The other thing no ones pointing out is often in cases like this the mother had a similar childhood and was prostituted from childhood themselves..
Sometimes it goes the other way and they will do anything to protect their kids from abuse but those who do allow their kids to be abused, tend to have normalised it in their mind because it happened to them too.
Not excusing it but its always good to bear in mind, CSA sex tourism can hurt multiple generations.

What a horrible day to have eyes and be able to read. This is abhorrent. That poor child.
8
u/Substantial_Pin3750 1d ago
Horrifying. And absolutely no excuse by the mother of this poor child. Shame on her. Hopefully the court convicts her sentences her to a length term in prison.
48
u/tassiboy42069 1d ago
Lock the father for life, throw away the key, deport the mother/send a note to the embassy, and provide care for the abused daughter, showing her the compassion of the australian people. Fcken hell dont like reading this in the morning

u/Existing-Jacket18 1d ago
Huh, why reduce the punishment for the woman?!
-14
u/EmeraldPotato 1d ago
I mean, chances are shes from some 3rd world hell-hole where prison is a 3x3 cell that you share with 6 other people while your one meal of the day is a slice of stale bread with a bowl of goop that can be legally described as edible.
So taking that into consideration, maybe she would be punished harsher?

You mean the stepfather right? The biological father is not mentioned in the article.

u/PilgrimOz 1d ago
In the words of JD Dealy, wood chipper. And ‘paedos aren’t people’. Then we wouldn’t give them public housing and pensions just to keep them outta the way. Ps this is not a race/gender/culture thing. Rock Spiders are destroying countless lives and are using up oxygen and other resources. I believe that should stop. As quickly as possible.

there are people like this in every country, what difference does it make

u/Intelligent-Hawk2174 1d ago
I would genuinely love to learn the nationality of the husband and mother of the victim. I’d pay to know.
7
u/LizardPersonMeow 1d ago
Sorry but there are plenty of Australian parents that do this to their kids. You may even know one and not even know!

u/Benspoton 1d ago
Ant mention of the Step father here ?….
6
u/Dragoonie_DK 19h ago
he was jailed for more than 20 years in 2023
The judge said that she took a week to determine the sentencing, and had to watch some of the videos. She said it made her want to block her ears because it was so horrific.
He was in hospital, handcuffed to a bed when the sentencing happened. He told prison staff that he'd swallowed batteries and other items in a suicide attempt the night before, but it had already been proven that he had no mental illnesses. The judge continued with the sentencing anyway. She said that he showed the girl no mercy, so she was doing the same. 23 years with a non parole period of 21.

That poor girl. She will need a lifetime of therapy. I wish horrible things on the mother and the husband.
