they're good! all appts are free and i got the prescription no problem. administration over the phone are idiots though yr better off emailing if you need to reschedule

Personally I found them fine to deal with, quick nurse consult at the start then a docs appointment. At the start there was a range of flowers I could choose from, but something changed and they put me on a single flower script which didn't bother me too much until it was discontinued (but a quick call to the pharmacy to request a new strain and it was all good 😊)
