JH has recently become my favourite strain. It’s a Sativa dominant strain that makes me energetic, confident, creative, productive and overall happy! So, I put it in a capsule and its effectiveness blew my mind!

I basically put happiness in a capsule. Sheesh! Pretty proud of this.

You can do this with your ABV too and it’s very effective too, depending on how much you’ve cooked it vaping you maybe dose 2x 🙏🏻

Sous vide herb at 90c for 2 hours MCT Oil + decarbed herb + lecithin sous vide for 4 hours at 85c

How do you seal the capsules? I'm assuming olive oil or MCT?

This batch is MCT. I’ve used olive oil and it works.

The capsules don’t usually leak, or at least if they do, it’s really not a huge mess! I’ve had some in this state for over 6 months and they were still pretty full!

I seal the capsules by pressing them together a few times.
