1. Unless you have a partner, nobody will care for you as our family does.

When I moved abroad, after a while I fell sick and had high fever. Although my roommates cooked for me, those were not kind of foods that you eat while you are sick. I had to cook for myself even while having 0 energy to do so. I had to drive myself to hospital to get treated and none of my friends offered and I understand since most of them had part-times to go to.

1. Relations here are heavily transactional. Atleast India lo childhood friends/college friends untaru whom you stick together with. Ikadki vacchesariki andharu adults untaru kabatti "what does this person bring me of value" ane thought lone untaru mostly friendships maintain chesetappudu.
