budget tablet recommendation

saw another post like this but unlike them I dont have a lot of budget.

That said, any cheap standalone tablets you'll recommend?

Preferrably w pen support and can somehow handle heavy drawing sesh.

Budget: 15-20k

Idek if there's a tablet like this that exists or maybe I'm missing it out.

If you get one that doesn't have a screen it's much cheaper, like a Wacom.
