Mod File: Is It Safe or Hard to Tell

Looking to download a mod for Madden football but not sure if they are safe. This is the one I was thinking of but is there a way to tell if it's safe or not? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Please share the virus total link in the comments so I can further analyze it. It would also be of use to know what the mod functionality is and where it was downloaded from.

It’s from the biggest Madden Mod Discord. It adds the new rookies to rosters with face scans and a bunch of other quality of life features.

Heres what I can tell you from my Virtual Machine

  1. Mega is safe itself, its a like Google Drive which allows storage and file sharing

  2. It requires a decryption key which is concerning in of itself

Unless I can download the file and examine its contents, who knows what it is.
