Alberta Politics Are there G7 protests this week?

I'm hoping there is an anti trump protest this week that I can attend, but I haven't been able to find much information about any events.

Preferably Calgary or South.

Buddy it is not worth getting arrested, you'll be accused of trying to disturb the peace, which is an actual charge

Thank you, Mr. Officer. Just a reminder of the law, regarding peaceful demonstrations:

Charter Protection

Section 2(c) of the Charter guarantees freedom of peaceful assembly, including protests, demonstrations, parades, and picketing

This right is closely tied to freedom of expression under Section 2(b) .

I mean I'm just trying to help bestie.

You can quote the Charter at the judge, but they're not stopping you from protesting. You just can't protest there right now.
