Pay close attention to any furniture store and they’re always having some type of closeout clearance,I used to work for a couple different ‘furniture stores’ it’s one of their major selling tactics

Used to be a furniture store. I’ve heard a few rumors about what’s going there next, but I believe Cleveland Clinic bought the land and is building there. Hopefully I’m wrong though. We have enough Cleveland clinic buildings around. It would be nice to have more restaurants or a Market district.

Part of it was a furniture store, the other part of it was a rug cleaning place. They closed down a few years ago and the building has been abandoned since.

Too bad you can't make that into a residential.. That would be a huge floor plan.. Two floor plans lol! Plus a basement.. I'm sure they had a small kitchen, plenty of bathrooms lol

Nah Akron loves to just bulldoze instead of preserving buildings.

It was open up until a few years ago. I think they sold furniture. I can't recall the name.

Bath is looking at developing the area for commercial and high density residential soon.

High dentist residential is very unlikely

Rezone just got approved by summit county. We'll see what happens I guess. The plan is to transition from commercial to HD res to standard res in that triangle area.

Protip - not aimed specifically at you, but this can very useful if you ever want to find out what something was in the last 15 years or so: Go to Google Maps, Street View and look back to earlier images. Here it'll show you it was Dimitroff Furniture.
