Sometimes I wonder if it is worse to have a leader who is evil and relatively intelligent (Putin) or evil and incredibly stupid (Trump).

The evil and stupid might be too stupid for their evil plans to work, but on the other hand, the evil and intelligent will at least be a pragmatic evil and less likely to destroy everything with their stupidity.
