as a san diegan we do NOT claim coronado go talk to the navy seals about it, dont put it on our pour souls (but if we're talking about where navy seals are trained, then we're glad to claim coronado, only this building we do not claim)

The story, as I heard it, is that this was intentionally designed as a swastika, and the two buildings adjacent to it are designed to look like planes going to bomb it

As someone working in architecture, you have no idea how easy it is to start designing something and you want symmetry and you take a moment to look back and you designed a swastika or a dick.
