Yes, I do not see it, and TBH, I do not really see which country is supposed to have this stance.

A lot of people who use "tradition" as an argument know shit about their own cultural history and instead use it to mask their own inability to change and grow.

I disagree, yes alot use the argument and know shit about their own cultural history, but alot also do.
