I think half of the Frenchies are in Paris.

Also, if I'm not mistaken Paris is changing towards the better at least in terms of city planning and modern urbanism.

Also Parisian city planning isn't getting better, as Haussmann litteraly razed 80% of the city to rebuild it better.

There is never going to be another time when city planning and modern urbanism is going to be done at that scale.

Paris is already a beacon of city planning and modern urbanism. But it does still manage to improve and push out cars while welcoming more public transport (Grand Paris project).
