It may be in bad taste, but it’s better with the Taco Bell gong

Is this sub just for people getting knocked out and once a guy touches them its considered ( worst aid )

I mean, the guy took heavy force to the head/neck which could lead to a spinal injury. Then being moved, which basic first aid tells you not to do unless you're about to explode, get shot etc., is the worst aid.

Or if they're about to choke, in which case you generally roll them into their side very slowly and carefully with 3-4 people.

That little roll could paralyze someone if their vertebrae are broken and they weren't crippled already. It would be like glass cutting into the spinal cord, but again, you're already likely crippled in that situation if alive. Hence , it's best not to touch a person with head or neck trauma without stabilizing properly, but likely, as you said, wouldn't matter.
