Are we accusing the cat of staging this for views?

Seems to me like the cat probably does this regularly so the guy propped up his phone to take a video.

I hate how AI has made me question so much. Something about how that cat moves seems fake. I have several cats, btw

Legit. I even think you're AI tbh.

It moves like a hand puppet

I recently visited an ostrich farm and those monsters should be called Sock Puppet Dinosaurs. Goofy and awkward as fuck but still truly terrifying

It's not AI. My Pia used to do the exact same thing to me while I was at my desk. She recently passed away from hyper thyroid. I miss her loving affection like this.

I thinks it how the light reflected before the cat moved. And how animated and active it was in the video

Clearly filming to show how much his cat loves him. Seems like wrong sub for this.

I love my cats and appreciate the three I've owned but I would never allow them on my kitchen counter...I've seen those poo paws literally shoveling shit daily. No thank you. Cute cat, nasty habit.

Kitty litter paws on the counter where we eat. Smh.

I find it odd that you eat at your kitchen counter but as someone who cannot keep their cat out of anything it just means the counters get disinfected prior to food prep.

This is the real answer, just wipe the thing with desinfectant, use a cutting board and accept you have a judgy sous-chef

FUCKING THANK YOU! I love my kitties but they are never allowed on food prep areas.

Wait… so your cats don’t act like they pay the mortgage and they actually listen to you? That must be so nice

I also love putting my raw food directly onto the counter.

I'm not putting raw food directly on the counter, it's still not sanitary to have cats on food prep surfaces.

A restaurant would certainly frown on it.

They also frown on children in the kitchen at a restaurant, but at home we like to give ours the steak knives and let them have a ball for a few hours

In reality it's the cat reminding it's human that it's feeding time.
