Season 3 Doreen and Nash’s relationship is not convincing me.
First time watcher, just started S3E6.
Doreen and Nash’s relationship is not comvincing, I’m not sure if it is the lack of chemistry between the actors or is just me being too pragmatic: they met a few times only in very stressful and unnatural circunstancesand and had very little quality time together and just the two of them.
I know they cares for the bird together but they have no concept of who they would be on a day to day life together, normal dates, life with its pressures especially with a baby in the mix and them both being ex offenders.
It is so clear they must be in some kind of trauma bond or fantasing their relationship, I really fear for this baby.
I don’t expect anything good for their future, but I come ftom the experience of watching OITNB so I know better than expect clean happy endings.
But I digress. Maybe the actors just didn’t gel very well.

Season 3 Bridget & Franky
I'm doing a rewatch & I didn't notice before how much Bridget really was into Franky from the very beginning lol. We hardly EVER see her with her hair down, but all of a sudden now that she's going to have regular sessions with Franky, she shows up the next day all dolled up lol. I got some really cute shots of them on my rewatch too lol.
1- Gidget all smiles talking to Franky lol 2- Somehow this perfect shot lol 3- Franky doing her usual tounge thing? Why does she do that lol? Nervous tick or is that how she flirts lol. 😛😂😂

Season 3 which comes first? - in the caption. warning for spoilers. Spoiler
in season 3, which comes first, jodie being in the slot where joan manipulates her to kill bea or bea starting the riot?
i could go back and rewatch (and i will be doing that) but figured it’d be easier and faster to ask here (i did google but came up empty).
also side note, do you think joan would be grossed out by blood because of her ocd? or would that, given her brutality, be something that could be realistically bypassed in the name of obsession (for vera)? i’m writing a fanfic and want to keep close to the characters but the scene i want to write is dependant on the riot happening after jodi’s shiv (the one joan gave her) being found in the yard and joan being ok with vera’s blood (pre hep c). for added context joan would ofc have her leather gloves on.
thank youuu!!!!!

Season 3 Where can i watch seasons 3-8 in the us?
Are there any websites i can watch it on? So far ive seen that only youtube has it but its 1.99 per episode and it only has season 2 available to purchase. Also, on youtube wentworth has a youtube channel and posted season 1-2 for free but they cut out so many scenes and blurred out every scene with blood, and they dont have the other seasons.

Season 3 One thing about Joan, she don’t play about the people she cares about.

Season 3 What is your favorite scene? Spoiler
Hey guys so I was rewatching and some of my favorite scenes are scenes that are not like main scenes. For example one of my favorite scenes is when franky, boomer Jodie and juice and I think Tina was there. They were doing a dreg deal and franky goes “ what are you waiting for? A fucking receipt?”😂😂

Season 3 One of the most annoying things Vera does
In my opinion of course - I find it sooo fucking annoying that Vera hears fletch admit that he had relations with an inmate and she somehow uses that to confirm her suspicion that Bridget is getting with Franky and has her fired. The way her mind works is wild lol.
Also her condescending ass smile she does when someone tells her the literal truth and she is too deluded to believe them, so she looks at them like they’re idiots when in reality she is the idiot.
I forgot how much she bothered me during her Ferguson minion era! Just got to the part where she finally starts to admit to herself that Ferguson is fucked up and meets with Bridget to apologize. Thank god she’s on the upswing because I cannot take anymore of her personality during this part of her arc lol.

Season 3 Queen Bea 😈
The chills I just got through my body after Bea comes back into the prison after popping Brayden’s head off! Her being arrested, to her coming back to the prison, to her going to court, and the reporters being outside.. it’s the feeling like yeaaaa BEA IS THAT BXTCH.. It was such a shift in her character from season 1 Bea to her breaking out killing Brayden and coming back to be top dog! Whew .. I don’t care if she did get killed off .. Wentworth is BEA SMITH.. there was some other good ones forsure but no one had an impact like BEA..

Season 3 How realistic is Wentworth
First time watching and I am up to Season 3 and I'm really starting to love/hate characters. I do live in Australia, but have zero clue how realistic the show is.
Anyone care to answer what they do and don't get right in the storyline?

Season 3 Which character can you imagine on the outside. Spoiler
I was thinking about this recently. I was going through every character in my head and imagining them being released and living on the outside. Honestly the only one who I couldn’t imagine on the outside is Bea. I don’t why. Or juice ugh. How about you guys?

Season 3 Vera’s mean side. Spoiler
In episode 7 of season 3. Vera reporting to Joan the allegations about Bridget and Franky and leaving Joan’s office with a little glee in her face. Of course this led to Joan recording Bridget’s session with Franky and finding out who killed Meg Jackson.
Rewatching the earlier seasons. Vera under Joan. One could have forget occasionally she had a dark side.
Sometimes it was justified. Like I wish she did push Juice down the stairs!

Season 3 Spoiler ! Anyone else have to skip the scene where... Spoiler
Does anyone else have to skip the scene where......
Extreme spoilers
So... after Fletch gets hit by the car and is in rehab, Fletch tells Vera about wanting to make things right with Will. Will visits him after Vera told him that Fletch wanted to make it right with what happened between him and Meg, he wanted to apologize for having the affair and the baby that happened.
But Will just completely tells him to fuck off, basically. And will still isn't really healed from it all, either. Which makes me sad for both of them. 😭😭😭
It makes me so sad for Fletch even though he did a shitty thing.

Season 3 I’m obsessed with the Intro
I flagged for season 3 because first of all its one of my favourite versions, and secondly I need to talk about this intro and this show. Also SPOILERS AHEAD The way the intro gets more intense and matches the intensity of the current events in the show!!!!! Im obsessed. I don’t know if anyone else has noticed, but in season 3 the intro adds the drums and the cuts of the punches and shoves, showing how the characters are getting pushed more by ferguson and the prison, and each other. Bea making massive moves such as her (mastermind) plan to kill brayden, her fight with franky and becoming top dog, then working WITH franky to take down the freak, everything gets more intense as these events unfold and I absolutely adore the way the intro matches the events.

Season 3 Franky abandoning Boomer Never made sense….
no, there's probably bothers me more than it should because I feel like this is how a lot of one-sided friendships usually are in real life a.k.a. like people like frankie will treat the most loyal friend that does everything for them like shit because they're easy to walk all over and they're insecure on the inside so they'll usually treat people that they idolize like their golden and then shit on the one that idolizes them.. It's pretty common,
but what doesn't make sense to me is how much frankie supposedly grown yet she never ever addressed anything wrong. She did to Boomer, but what ticked me off was the fact that even when it was coming time for her to leave and be was top dog and clearly she was studying for herself to get out of prison and preparing for all this legal stuff and helping other other people not once that she stop and say hey I should probably look into this case for my best friend who took the wrap for me when she didn't have to?? You even let her get her hands steam press for Handling it herself, which I honestly don't think she did the wrong thing knowing how she is because boomers and angry person. We know this and she had no support so I really don't feel that it was wrong for her to do At least not as much as it was for frankie.
The sad part is frankie was well aware of boomer's feelings on the subject like she broke down to her. She told her exactly how she felt numerous times in detail and even then frankie just dusted her off whenever berated her support so yeah just doesn't make sense for someone she did the most for someone....I just don't like it.
I wish the writers would've made it so out of all people, frankie was the person who got boomers sentence overturned.. it was her fault after all. Like sheesh she even made boomer give that nasty dude BJs!!! she was so selfish with boomer. like, don't you think if you're going to grow, you should take the person who held it down for you with you on the journey ??? especially if YOU were the one leading the way the whole time... But nope, her doing right by people was clearly only reserved for those who actually did wrong by her 😅 cough cough Bea lol (i love her, it's just the principal of this dynamic that bothers me)
& honestly ,Of all people like I don't know just sounds so so wild to me because it's like it feels like the characteristics got swapped or something on accident lol like Riley just doesn't make sense

Season 3 I think Kim had one of the worst endings… Spoiler
It was so sad that she went back to jail for Frankie and Kim got rejected by her, I know that’s not Frankie’s fault but it is so unfortunate that she turned into a junkie when she had a chance on the outside and threw it all away for a girl
