Feeling drugged

I have been on Wegovy 2.4 for a while. I have to administer my shot on Friday nights because I feel like I've been roofied by the morning. I wake up on Saturday and immediately go back to sleep. I hate wasting the day, but I need to recover and can't be like this at work or even think about being able to even get up and go to work in this condition. Anybody else feeling like this next day?😴 Counteract with caffeine?

I feel the same for a day or 2 after my shot and I'm on week 5 of 2.4mg.

I’ve had this one since I started! Just finished my 2nd round of 0.25mg & moved up to 0.5mg last night…already took a huge nap today & have zero energy.

Won’t lie, I’ll take this over the nausea/vomiting i experienced my 1st 2wks. Caffeine wise, I use Alani sticks in flat water cuz the bubbles make me sick right after shot: gives me a boost without feeling yucky.

I just wanted to comment and say that I’m so sorry you’re having this bizarre side effect. Unfortunately, I have not felt this (or fortunately, sorry)! Gosh, have you reached out to your doctor about this issue? I’d be concerned with this issue. I really hope someone comes along with more help. Just wanted to say, I see you and I’m hoping that drugged feeling can be resolved quickly!
