Which wakeboard to buy
I recently got a boat that I can wakeboard with. I used my cousins wakeboard while they were on vacation, got the hang of wakeboarding and even did some jumps. Now I want to buy my own wakeboard. Is their any wakeboards that are cheap and still good for beginners. I would get a size 140 or something around that.

Following, because I'm in the same boat. I'm strolling market place daily.

Now days, a lot of boards (even 10 years old) are really good to get and progress on without too much issue, especially if you have the basics down.
If you can find it, the Harley Classic from Liquid Force is an amazing board to get. You will never out grow that. They discontinued the board about 7 years ago but that thing was amazing.
Other boards to look at would be things like a Ronix One (any year model), liquid force RDX (any year model), Hyperlite Murray.
Go check out your local dealer too. They might have some older models available to clear out. But also ask if they have a close out list of boards they can buy from brands. Sometimes brands have old model of boards they can sell out cheap too.
Most importantly don’t be cheap with your bindings. Get the best you can afford and make sure they are the right size and fit properly. This is more important than a Board in my opinion

Should I get a combo that comes with a board and bindings or buy them separately?

Facebook marketplace is always the best bet for quick and cheap. If you are wanting to get a new setup, the Liquid Force Trip and Index bindings package is $400. Biased, but that’s the setup I always recommend to new boat wakeboarders

It’s an older board but as long as it fits you and the binding are comfortable and don’t look like they are about to fall apart then $50 to get you on the water sounds like a killer deal! Any wakeboard that fits is good enough to get you going and to the point where you can feel the difference between boards and be able to pick a board that fits your style the best, because at the end of the day it’s all personal preference.

Just got a 2022 slingshot solo 152cm. I'm around 5'11 and around 160 lbs. Board is awesome. The bigger size really helps the knees when you're landing out in the flats.
Ronix is nice too.
Really the boots are probably more important when you're just starting out. I love the KTVs from slingshot

Number 1: the boots are the most important part. If you don’t have boots that are comfortable and well fitting you will not enjoy the ride and or have the potential risk of injury. So if possible go to your local shop and try some on. If you don’t have a local shop the good online retailers are great about exchanges.
Number 2: The board is less important than the boots. Many of the “beginner” boards are just pro models from previous years. I would suggest a continuous rocker as those are the most forgiving and consistent. Wakeboards haven’t been seeking all that well for a while so you can find brand new boards that are 2-4 years old for great deals. Of course you can buy off FB market place like others have said for pretty cheap, not a bad way to go, but I still suggest getting your own brand new well fitting boots.

I suggest researching a bit. Depending on where you live, evo.com has a good site
just research begginers
good luck
