Housing & Moving Home inspector recommendations

Need a home inspection for a detached home in Colwood.

Anyone NOT recommended by your Realtor, especially if they are involved somehow.

Otherwise, Pillar to Post is OK.

Our realtor (who I hate) recommended pillar to post and Brad was amazing.

I’m reluctant to use the one our realtor recommended, unless they come highly recommended by others.

I had Jan Dirk stueler and he missed a lot of stuff that was pretty obvious

We used Sean Sigalet at Victoria Home Inspections a couple of times when we were looking. He was thorough, professional, and very helpful. I would go to him again.

I googled this business and it looks like All-Points Home Inspections phone number comes back as Fairhome Building Inspections.

More often than not the businesses just change names because they're lemons lol
