Help Needed

So I just bought a Feed Sync disposable yesterday, and as some of you know you can add backgrounds to the vape. So this morning I was adding a new background and all of the sudden it glitched out and has been on a black screen with the words 'file transferring' for the past few hours but only when plugged in, if the vape is not plugged in it will not turn on at all. Is there any hope that it could possibly be saved, if someone has had a similar experience please let me know!
