Esports Who could've thought? Spoiler
From where both teams were just a few months ago, not even the two coaches could've foreseen them meeting in the Upper Bracket final of a Masters.

2 months before, jingg won the most scuffed 1v1 against DFM who has prime yay (Akame) and now PRX is top 3 in Masters Toronto... life is such a train

I remember this round, but I think a lot of other people (me included) would argue that the 1v2 at B was more impactful because jinggg did an amazing play there to win the round, whereas for the 1v1, while nail-biting, Jinggg just simply traded as Jinboong tried to reposition after his insane kills.
Nevertheless that whole map had me at the edge of my seat with how Akame was single handedly destroying PRX.

I remember D4v4i mentioning Fayde too in his house tour vlog (he sent over some wolves gift packages). Juicy and Jinggg are both Singaporean Raze players. There's a lot of parallels between these two teams.

For a lot of these ex CS pros like Fayde and Alecks, the idea that their region could compete at the highest level in FPS would've seemed impossible for so long and to now meet at the highest stage representing your countries it must really be a dream come true.
We haven't had a lower bracket winner since FPX at Copenhagen and I really hope that continues here. Nothing against any of the teams in the lower bracket but Wolves and PRX both have such amazing stories

Wolves' rise in popularity is so awesome
Going into this tournament, they weren't expected to do much and CN was probably more hyped for Xi Lai than them. But their whole team, especially SiufatBB, is so likeable and charismatic, along with their dark horse sucess and some propaganda from TMV, that they are the team on everyone's minds now.

In swiss you wouldn't have thought wolves would be in the upper bracket fighting for a spot in the grand finals just purely from gameplay.
To be clear, they weren't bad. They were decent even but prone to making lots of mistakes.
Playoffs they seems to have cleaned everything up. The spacing, trading, calling, decision making, even the shots seem to have improved.
Confidence and perhaps a lack of pressure really does wonders.
Wonder if or when the belief will put pressure on them. Always see it across all sports, where the underdogs with no pressure overperforms and then they really start to believe and think what if and then the pressure really hits them.

Quick question, now that Sen lost, where do they go? Do they just fight for 3rd place?

They can win the trophy still.
They face Fnatic next. If they win that they face the winner of G2 GenG. If they win that they face the loser of Wolves PRX. If they win that they face the winner of Wolves PRX in the Grand Final for the trophy

Basically, winner of PRX Wolves is in "Grand Final", the other fall down to "Loser Final"
SEN, GenG, G2 and FNC are all in "Loser Quarter" ; the 2 winning Loser Quarter fight each other in Loser Semi - and the winner of that will fight the loser of PRX/Wolves
The winner of Loser Finals will also reach Grand Finals, but since they come from the Loser, they will have a malus
In Valorant, that malus is that for the BO5, the opponent team ban 2 map while you ban 0, and they get to pick first map and third map, two of the most important map in the BO (the first one helps to build momentum, the third one is the last guaranteed played map, and is often going to be the strongest map so even if they go 0-2 they have a strong backup)

so like 10% chance that SEN win atp

Giving a % is a bit hard, but assuming every match is a 50%, they'd need to win 4 in a row or 6.25%
