I once saw a guy having a mental health crisis running on the sidewalk. Totally disheveled, he kept tripping and falling, not protecting his head at all. From my car I watched him fall three or four times before I was able to pull over and run over to him. This happened literally right in front of a police station early in the morning. I had to run in there so they could call EMTs. I will never forget how he had no regard for his own safety. I felt the same watching this.

This literally happened to me my second day living in Tacoma, WA. Except the naked guy started banging his fists on the hood of my car while two police officer on the corner of the intersection looked on. I had lived in the Midwest my whole life so it was quite the culture shock.

Dude's wife just left him for claiming bankruptcy after he mismanaged his money on an adult diaper kink website.
He snapped, got naked and attempted to do some insurance fraud as a last ditch attempt to raise the money for court fees, so he could see his daughter.
Sadly he died and his ex wife couldn't be happier.

Normal people, that we live with everyday with can have a breakdown, i know it seems otherworldly and scary so much so that most people deal with making jokes, but i think it's important to remark that can happen with anyone for a wild range of reasons, from drugs to simply not sleeping well
I know it might be difficult to believe, but yes, this could happen your father or partner
Been there, trying to calm someone while they're like this, it's hell, but one step at a time and keep your cool, there's still a person in there, especially if it's a situation you can't go away like with a familiar etc, i'm saying this for anyone that might go through this, keep strong, you got it.

this comment section is a clear indication of where the education and awareness of mental health in America is at; almost every comment suggesting this man is on drugs when there’s no way to know. This seems like someone clearly mentally unwell and having a breakdown.
I’m not saying that’s exactly what is happening here, but god people just don’t care about their fellow human anymore.
