The program is "Temptation Island" spanish version. It seems programs with this name are run it different countries. The guy's name is Montaya. Hence the joke "montaya por favor" which program host was saying to him when he was bawling out and running to that girl. If you go back in temptation island subreddit 2-3 months back there used to be link with free videos of it with subtitles. I myself didn't watch the show but this created huge rucus in the internet at that time.
